.... but very, very small for its advertised size. I ordered this for my 13 year old who is 5'2" and 97 lbs. It was so tight we were afraid we'd tear the fabric just trying to pull it down her body. We gave up and were going to send it back, but donated it to an 8 year old instead. I bought this dress for a granddaughter who was singing an Annie song in a school talent show. It was missized- - very short. It was made from very shoddy fabric. It was never worn, but I was not allowed to return it. I was told costumes are not returnable, but I could exchange it. I asked why would I exchange it? It is such a shoddy piece of merchandise. The seller said it is a costume, not a dress. I paid $40 for it and expected some value for that amount of money. Beware of anything this vendor is trying to sell. I found out that every vendor has a different return policy. Investigate the return policy carefully. Amazon may sell the product, but does not insure that returns can be made. Like stated before, the front and back are quite distinguishable.
On me, it reaches slightly above my knees.
The tie straps sort of bug me, but I'll manage.
However, if you're wearing a bra underneath it, the straps will most likely show unless you get clear ones.
The materials list states it's made of fleece, but it's surprisingly light. If you've ever had to shop for or wear a Holy Communion dress, then you know what the fabric feels like, right? The two fabrics are about the same.
Overall, the dress is very beautiful, and not very "see-through", surprisingly enough. It's two-tiered, so the color of your underpants and packer or garterbelt or whatever else you may be wearing will not show through.

Unlike most sundresses, this one has a distinguishable front and back, with the front being wider than the back.
It was packaged nicely when it arrived, but it needs to be spot cleaned before wearing it as there were noticeable stains from the sewing machine as well as markups on the ruffle hemline.The dress is light and fluffy and it can be worn as a casual dress too under a cardigan, but it's not very breathable despite its summery appearance. Overall I highly reccomend it.pretty nice

I purchased this from Amazon for my daughter who is six, and the small (4-6) is HUGE on her and would easily fit an eight year old - she is also quite tall for her age, so keep that in mind. She can wear it, but it will drag (a lot) on the floor/ground while she is wearing it, especially the dress portion.
The "wig" is complete crap and completely unwearable. The actual net is oddly shaped and doesn't fit properly on her head and when it is on the hair sits oddly, and looks completely unnatural, not at all like the photo. Not to mention that if you don't leave the hood up ALL THE TIME, the "wig" makes your child look like a creepy old man wearing a hairnet.
The gloves make her fingers look like shrivvled albino sausages, but I can live with that. She is supposed to be dead, after all.
The costume itself is a nice smooth material that will be comfortable for hours of wear, as long as she isn't tripping on it.
All in all, I would not buy...Best costume!
I looked for a couple weeks locally to find a ghost costume that didn't cover her face, and when I found this I didn't' think she was going to like it. On the package it says "Fits dress sizes 2-6", and there is absolutely no way that is true. I wear a 2 or 4, depending on the brand, and this is skin tight, and only goes down to about my waist. I'll wear it with leggings this year, as more of a shirt than a dress, but it is hugely misleading and pretty much just wrong in its description. Also, it says it fits up to a 36 bust...at 32, I can barely squeeze it on or breathe. Okay, this helmet looks really cool in the photo, but, don't be fooled by that...First of all, it's totally unwearable...I couldn't get the thing onto my head, and I'm not a big guy at all...My 7 year old couldn't get it onto his head either...Because there is this really sharp plastic ring all around the neck area, at the back of the helmet, which cuts into your neck when you try to put it on...It's a helmet...it's not supposed to be form fitting around your neck...Especially since it's made of razor sharp plastic..I scratched the hell out of myself when I tried to take it off..Also, when you get this thing, it looks like it was sat on by an elephant...It is really squashed looking, even when sitting on a shelf...It looks kind of like the helmet in the photo, but after going through a trash compactor...There is absolutely NO padding or head ring inside of it, so it just flops around on your head..I guess the chin strap would take care of that, if you could even get the thing onto...> Click to See Editorial Reviews

We first put it on our 2-year old (it fit, but was a little tight) for the church Halloween party, and it was excellent. But for the actual Halloween night the bottom flower raffle string fell off. It was not too bad, we just cut it off completely and it still looked ok, but if you expect it to be better quality, you may want to look for something better. It is kind of harsh material too, so our daughter complained that it is itchy after a while. Either way, Halloween is only once a year, and this will work if you are looking for something cute and inexpensive for just 1-2 times to wear for your kid.Poor quality costume

A few negative reviews and such a low price had me nervous about this costume, but I wasn't at all disappointed. The trim and details look like a standard mid-priced costume sold at Halloween stores. Although the material is a little thin, it's still fairly well constructed and I think it would last a long time if taken care of. The velour portions are actually a bit thicker than I expected. I don't know that the collar would stand up as well as it does in the picture, but it actually doesn't look too bad laying down.
The length descriptions are quite accurate. At 48", my daughter falls in between the medium and small height listings, and I probably should have gone with the small because the medium is a little too long and has ample room in the waist. If you're uncertain, I'd recommend going with the smaller of two sizes since the material is very stretchy and cut roomy.Costume was great!
My daughter had to wear this costume 3 times before Halloween, at drama class, dance class and in school. With all the rough and tumble activities, it remained in good shape. Very cute and SCARY!Gothic costume

I have three kids, 5, 7 and 10.. All boys. I tried and tried and tried to get them to do chores around the house. Nothing too excruciating, just basic roofing, masonry, and electrical. I couldnt even get them to pressure wash the drive way or clean the gutters.
But now thanks to "Uncle Charlie" the kids will do chores lickity split. After the first initial visit, all I have to do is subtley remind them how much "Uncle Charlie" likes a dirty cluttered home.

After about five weeks of this, I then began to drop stories and remarks about "Uncle Charlie." With all the bad reviews i had to say something because i found this costume absolutely adorable. Its quality was no crappier than any other inexpensive halloween costume ive bought. I agree the short bullet point description does say its a complete costume and amazon should be contacted about this.....however, if you keep reading lower on the page it describes exactly what is included and it does not say wig. I did have a prob understanding the size chart since a M is size 8 - 10. Size M is more like size 6, it is very small i saw it at the store.
My sister in law is a size 10 and very thin so the large was her size. She lives in Brazil where these types of costumes dont exist and where anything monster high is so expensive most cant afford it.. She was very greatful to have such a beautiful costume.It is what it is
Like most costumes these days, the fabric is scratchy and cheap and the construction is poor. Having said that, my daughter absolutely loves Monster High and she couldn't be happier to be wearing this costume for Halloween. I purchased this costume from another online e-tailer but wanted to make sure others don't get fooled by the photo. I was seriously shocked and disappointed about the quality of this costume. It couldn't be any worse and it fell apart after a couple hours of my daughter walking around in it. The top metallic material is paper thin and cheap, and the seams are not nicely finished. Above all, the price is WAYYYYYY too much for what you get. It's not worth a penny over $15. I gave this two stars only because my daughter likes it. We also purchased another costume by Disguise and will NEVER again. Luckily I have a sewing machine and can fix the costumes, but I would expect at the prices I paid, they should last for a while.Poor quality
Bought this for my 5 yr old and the top is of very poor quality and scratchy material. It was not even stitched right with one shoulder sleeve being slightly longer than the other. I was shopping for Deluxe costume for my little girl and I came across this one.
I was hopping for some extraordinary costume. Well.. it is nice and simple costume
but the quality is just so so. Nothing spectacular really.
I kept looking high and low and finally I found real diamond!
If you are serious about a truly unique and extraordinary costume then shop some more,
I highly recommend Limited Edition Snow White costume by Disney. It is hard to find
it because it was released like two or so years ago but you can find it at places
as e bay. It is gorgeous. I mean that thing you could just put on the stage
with Shakespearians actors and you would just blend in. So beautiful.
My daughter was the most beautiful girl ever in it. She won a costume contest
that about 900 kids participated in. She won the first prize!
At her birthday she wore it too as it was Snow White themed and what a pictures

My daughter loved this costume and it looked great on her. She is 5 years old and it would definately fit her next year as well. She is about 45" tall. I put a shirt on underneath to keep her warm on a cool night and bought a pair of mocassins to finish this outfit. Pretty decent quality except for the leg coverings, the string that ties around it came off the first time she wore them.wonderful

If you've ever been to the Halloween store you know that many of the costumes in the mega-Halloween warehouse are pretty much crap and meant to be worn for the few hours you can keep your paws off your wife/girlfriend/mother(if you're from Tennessee) in her sexy nurse/witch/police/schoolgirl outfit.
This costume is the real deal. She wore it all day for 2 days of the project and it's in great shape. It has all the stuff you need to turn your little princess into Sacajawea or Pocahontas or any of the other characters who's stories are much more depressing in reality than your 3rd grade textbook let on.

I bought this for my ten year old daughter this past Halloween. She and two of her friends dressed identically because they all wanted to be owls. I don't believe these costumes look very authentically owl like but the girls were satisfied with them. We live in the north east so halloween night was pretty cold. a long sleeved tee shirt fit well under the The dress was very easy to slip on over the head and was very comfortable. It looked very cute with black tights and knee high boots.
One thing to consider before ordering is that the sizes run pretty small. I ordered a medium based on the company's own size chart and it fit, but was really short. If I had known this I would have been more satisfied with a large. Other than that...great product.Happy
Just got it in the mail today. It looks the same as the picture. It is kind of difficult to get the ears to stand up. I thought the color was dark brown and orange but it is black and orange. I had no idea what the skeleanimals were. We were looking for an owl costume. My daughter loves it and has not taken it off since we opened the package. The purse that comes with it can not be used as a trick or treat bag but I expected that. It is too small.Great
My daughter wanted this costume. Of all of the skelanimals, this was the only one she really liked. We ordered it after Halloween, and a lot of places were out of it, but California Costumes had it. I bought this costume for my 4 year old son. First of all, I am glad I didn't pay $60+ for it because it is not good quality and looks like something you can get for $10 or less at Wal-Mart. The package states size 4-6(small) and then says for ages 3-4. I think that age 5 to 6 is more correct. My son is 41" tall and the outfit is at least 2 inches too long. The velcro patch that secures the cape has already fallen off after one day. It also comes with a voice box that has an unreplaceable battery. I would prefer that I could replace the battery since my son enjoys it so much. Despite my all complaints about it, all that matters is that my son loves it.Just the right size

I never know when I order costumes if they will fit my boy. This one fits just right. He loves it. It is still a month til Halloween but he puts it on and parades around for a bit. It is just a basic jumpsuit with a cape, cloth belt, and plastic mask. The bottom of the pants flares out and has elastic to fit over shoes. The light sabre is sold separately.
