Super cute. Fits true to size. I bought this for my daughter's halloween costume and she has worn it for a number of parties prior. It holds up very well. Not itchy, and my daughter is extremely sensitive. She can wear this for hours without complaining. It is like a regular dress.

My daughter loves it.
Great price. My daughter loves it. The fabric of the ruffle was turquoise as shown in the picture but the fabric for the whole dress was not a bright turquoise as shown in the picture. It was more of a dull blueish gray. Didn't bother my daughter though. Was well worth the price.
